Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing once your order is placed. Payment processing time is separate from the time allotted for shipments to reach their destination.
Our Pre-Made items are ready to be shipped within the same week that payment is made.
For preorder releases, orders are specially made by the owner. With this in mind, please allow anywhere from 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped to you. More information can be found in the product listings of your items. If any of your items are on backorder, we will notify you. We promise to make it worth your wait.
All orders are shipped through third party carriers such as USPS, UPS, & FedEx. To ensure that your order arrives on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.
