ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept refunds or returns due to sizing concerns, as all items on the site contain a size chart to ensure correct fit.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. Work will not begin until payment and the Client Intake Form has been received and confirmed.
Custom Service Policy
All interior design services—including E-Designs, renderings, consultations, mood boards, and any custom creative work—are created specifically for each client. Because of this customized nature, all sales are final.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the time, expertise, and creative labor involved in each project, no refunds or cancellations will be provided once a service has been purchased. If a client chooses not to move forward with the project for any reason, the payment and/or deposit will be forfeited.
Revisions
Any included revisions will be outlined in your specific service description. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond what is included may incur an additional fee.
Project Timelines
Timelines begin once all required information—such as measurements, photos, questionnaires, or inspiration images—has been submitted by the client. Delays in receiving client materials may extend the delivery timeline.
Quality & Completion
All deliverables will be provided digitally unless otherwise noted. Once final files or concepts have been delivered, the project is considered complete. Unresponsiveness for 7 or more days constitutes a forfeiture of the design fee and the completion of the project unless prior approval has been given by Keauded.
